How do I place an order?

We do not take orders on the phone for security reasons. To place an order, go to a product page, select the desired quantity of the item, and add it to your cart via the “Add to Cart” button. During checkout, you just need to enter or confirm your shipping address and credit card information, then you can place your order.

Where we ship from: We are based New York, USA.

Processing time: Orders placed after 5pm EST will be processed the next day

Where we ship to: We can ship within the USA.

Shipping cost: Shipping is $19.95 per item.

Processing time and delivery time:

1. Handling time: 1-2 days

2. Transit time: 3-5 days

Carriers: We ship with USPS, UPS, or FEDEX.

Tracking number: There is a tracking number assigned to all packages. Tracking number will be uploaded within the same business day the item is shipped.

 

Damage or lost items: If any item is lost or damage during transit will we will reship free of charge.

Do you ship internationally? We do not.

Returns Window: Order can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Wrong Address: 

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Change of Address:

 If your item hasn’t yet been shipped, you may change your delivery address by emailing customer support at info@toolshedmachine.com. Please note that we are not obligated to ensure changes to the delivery address after the item has been delivered.
